Special Invoice Report <br />Consideration of the Special Invoice Report for Shepard, Smith & Cassady, P.A., Hearing Officer Services for Red Light <br />Camera Appeals for July 2010 for $210.00; and Horizon Engineering Group, Inc., Change Order # 1 to the Agreement for <br />Wirz Trail Section 1, Additional Subsurface Soil Exploration for $5,000.00 and Change Order No. 2, Additional <br />Landscape Design Services for $8,750.00 is requested. <br />B. Resolution 10-2157 -Annual Improvement Assessment Resolution for the Summerset North <br />Subdivision Wall <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2157 approving the annual local improvement assessment for the costs associated with <br />the construction and maintenance of the Summerset North subdivision wall is requested. <br />C. Resolution 10-2159 -Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for Continuing Professional Utilities Services for Design Services <br />for the Unidirectional h'lushing Program <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2159 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Engineering Services with Reiss Engineering, Inc., for Design <br />Services for• the Unidirectional Flushing Pt•ogt•am in an amount not to exceed of $63,700.00 is requested. <br />D. Resolution 10-2160 -Agreement with Courtesy Towing, Inc. for Towing, Recovery, and <br />Vehicle Storage Services <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2160 approving an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Courtesy Towing, Inc. <br />to provide towing, recovery, and vehicle. storage services for all departments within the City is requested. <br />E. Resolution 10-2161 - 2009 CPI Rate Adjustment for Residential Solid Waste Collection <br />Services by Waste Pro <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2161 approving a rate adjustment to coincide with the 2009 Consumer Price Index (CPI) <br />as stipulated in the current contract with Waste Pro for solid waste collection services is requested. <br />F. Resolution 10-2162 -Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />for Continuing Professional Utilities services with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for the Water <br />Quality Master Plan Design <br />Consideration of Resolution 10-2162 approving Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Standard Consultant Agreement <br />for Continuing Professional Water and Sewer Utility Services with Reiss Engineering, Inc. for services associated with <br />the development and design of the City's Water Quality Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $134,000 is requested. <br />G.
