All were present. <br />Mayor Glancy stated staff has requested the agenda be amended by adding item 12. G. Request for Reduction <br />of Code Enforcement Liens - 815 Osceola Trail. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Doerner moved to amend the agenda by adding item 12. G. <br />Request for Reduction of Code Enforcement Liens - X15 Osceola Trail. Motion <br />was seconded by Vice Mayor Miller. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br />5-0. <br />INLTTES <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />6. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individuals came foI•ward: <br />1) Nh•. Marcos Cruz, 701 Sailfish Road, Winter Springs, presented to the City Commission a certificate <br />of appreciation from the American Culinary Federation. Mr. Cruz, led Culinary Team US to a gold <br />medal for the table he designed and ranked 3`d in the World Cup. <br />2) Mr. Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, spoke about how wisdom, self restraint, and acknowledging that we <br />can't control everything are important keys to making reasonable choices and fair decisions. <br />No one else came forward. <br />~o C ~5~~~ A~~~ A <br />A.
