I~®LL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the exception of Commnissioner <br />Miller. Commissioner Miller's Excuse of Absence was considered and approved as a part of the Consent <br />Agenda later in the meeting. <br />NLTT'E <br />A. Minutes of March 22, 2010 -Special Meeting and Attorney-Client Session <br />B. Minutes of March 22, 2010 -Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Ilufford moved to approve the minutes of the March 22, 2010 <br />Special Meeting and Attorney-Client Session and the March 22, 2010 Regular <br />Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 4 - 0. <br />6. EENTATINS/C EN ATLAS <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />7. CI Y I~ENIJ' 4~®~EN 1 S <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. The following individuals came forward: <br />1) Mr. James Fraleigh, 1290 Seminola Boulevard, voiced concerns regarding the City Commission <br />Meeting Rules and Procedures and the enforcement thereof. Ml•. Fraleigh also voiced concerns <br />regarding responsibilities and representation of the citizens by the City Commission through their <br />recent actions. <br />2) Mr. Craig Tull, 420 Ranch Trail, voiced concerns regarding the recent actions of the City Commission <br />regarding parking in residential areas and the intersection improvements at Triplet Lake Drive and <br />U.S. Highway 17-92 <br />3) Ms. Darlene Jalowslcy, 1433 Lake Shore Drive, voiced concerns regarding 17 cars and 2 boats parked <br />at the 3 houses located next to her property. <br />
