Minutes <br /> <br />· September 10, 2007 Regnlar Meeting <br /> <br />Correction on page 9 under Commissioners' Reports/Comments - Commissioners' Miller and <br />Hufford Reports - Change "passage" to "Dassive" use of the Lakes. <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Moved by Vice Mayor/Commi&sioner Susan Doerner to approve the <br />Minutes of September 10,2007 with the corrections on page 9 as <br />stated. Motion was seconded by Commi&sioner Coneen S. Hufford <br />and carried unanimously 5 - 0 by voice vote. <br /> <br />6. Presentations/Commendations <br /> <br />A. Departmental Presentation - Update on the North Winter Park DriveIBelle Avenue Area- <br />Ed Torres, Public Works Director and Dr, Kelly Brock, City Engineer <br /> <br />The presentation on the update for the North Winter Park DriveIBelle Avenue Area Projects is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />7. Citizens' Comments: <br /> <br />The Mayor stated that persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on <br />the Agenda may do so at this time. Please raise your hand to be recognized, give your name and <br />address to speak on any matter. All comments are to be directed to the Mayor and City <br />Commission. If you wish to be heard during Public Hearings, you will be recognized at that time. <br /> <br />The following individual came forward to address the Commission: <br /> <br />I) Jolm Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida, suggested the new <br />parking ordinance should clarity the difference between parking in the right of way and on <br />street parking. <br /> <br />8. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />The following items are presented for approval on the Consent Agenda. There is no discussion <br />on individual items unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission <br />member and a single motion will approve all items. <br /> <br />A. Resolution 07-1825 - Interlocal Voluntary Cooperation Agreement for Traffic <br />enforcement - Mutual Aid Agreement with Seminole County Law Enforcement Agencies <br />and the City of Maitland to provide law enforcement services and resources <br /> <br />'~ Resolution of the City of Casselberry, Florida, approving and authorizing the execution of <br />a Voluntary Cooperation Agreement establishing a City/County/Stale TraffIC Enforcement <br />Unit between the City of Casselberry and the Cities of Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, <br />
