Mrs. McPherson called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present with the <br />exception of Mayor Pronovost. It was noted that Mayor Pronovost's flight was delayed and he would be <br />arriving to the meeting late. <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Clark, with the assistance of Valerie Jensen of the Public Works Department, made award <br />presentations to the remaining 2004 City of Casselberry Drop Savers Water Conservation Poster Contest <br />winners. Winners from Casselberry Elementary School, English Estates Elementary School and Milwee <br />Middle School were recognized at the April 26, 2004 City Commission meeting. Vice Mayor Clark thanked <br />all the participating school faculties, parents, and contestants for their efforts. <br /> <br /> <br />
